You must enter the card number in the gift card box not to be confused with the promo code box. If it's a card starting with S2 or F2, be careful, the last 4 digits are letters.  If the card begins with BA you must enter the card number, followed directly by the security number without any spaces.

If it's a card purchased from another retailer and the number looks like a credit card, starting with 6360, unfortunately the card doesn't work online at this time.  You can complete the order using another payment method and email us, at [email protected], the number of the order and a picture of the card.  We will apply the card manually for you.
