You may return your order of $24.95 or more (excluding shipping and handling fees) if it meets our exchange and return policy.

You may return your entire order or part it for a refund within 15 days from ship date. Items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused and in the original packaging with tags attached and original receipt. Items that are on sale at 50% or more are final sales. 

For reasons of hygiene, underwear cannot be exchanged or refunded. All styles in the swimwear collection can be exchanged or refunded but only providing that the price tag is still attached and the protective hygienic liner is intact. Bath and body products cannot be returned.

 You must contact customer service for approval and instructions to complete your return.  For each request to return goods, a flat fee of 5$ will apply.

If you wish to exchange an item, you must proceed with a return request and submit a new order for your new item.
